Depending on stock availability, some thermoformed plastic inlays are available immediately, while others may have a delivery time of about 4-6 weeks.

What is the material thickness of your standard thermoformed inlays?

The material thickness of small load carrier inlays is typically 3 mm, though we also have some thermoformed plastic inlays in stock with material thicknesses of 2 mm and 1 mm.

Yes, this is definitely possible and is free of charge. You can test whether the parts you wish to transport or store fit into the plastic insert. If they don’t, we can make adjustments for you. The advantages are:

Yes, it’s possible. Whether for sorting boxes or other containers, just mention this in your request. The plastic inlays will be printed using tampon or screen printing methods. 

Can the thermoformed inlays be stacked?

All small load carrier inserts are stackable. There is the option of A/B stacking and reversible stacking.
