Seamless enhancement of your thermoformed parts
In addition to colourful or decorative finishes, there are numerous functional post-processing options that increase the resistance, service life and safety of your thermoformed parts. Anti-scratch coatings, tempering or labelling are used to protect, stabilise or customise plastic surfaces. For applications that must withstand mechanical, thermal or optical stresses.
Protects against mechanical stress, friction and tool contact.
Labels or textured surfaces enable product branding and tracking.
Surface protection increases resistance to environmental influences, chemicals and wear.
Annealing reduces stresses and improves material properties.

To achieve a scratch-resistant surface, special coating solutions can be applied to the thermoformed part. Anti-scratch coatings do not affect the transparency of clear plastic parts.

During the annealing process, the plastic is heat-treated to prevent cracks caused by internal stresses during manufacturing. The goal is to optimize the plastic’s strength and heat resistance. Annealing takes place in a convection oven.

Labels are often used for marking thermoformed parts. Simple adjustments to label prints ensure high flexibility, especially for thermoformed components.
A special transparent coating that protects the surface against scratches, abrasion and chemical influences without altering its appearance.
